- We tell you about changes to the law on accounting, tax and payroll.
What you gain
We watch the deadlines
VAT, the VAT control statement, the tax return, the year-end accounts. The dates live in our diary, not yours.
You don't face an inspection alone
If the tax office announces an inspection, we represent you. Our client at MPM Plast writes that the inspections so far went smoothly.
Decisions based on real numbers
We prepare a snapshot of the company's finances when you need it. No waiting for the year end and no guesswork.
Who the service is for
This service is for limited companies, joint-stock companies and other businesses that are required by law to keep double-entry books. It also suits sole traders who have chosen double-entry bookkeeping themselves. We work with small and larger firms across many sectors, so your line of business is unlikely to be new to us.
Questions about this service
Yes. Under the Slovak Accounting Act, commercial companies, including a limited company (s. r. o.), keep double-entry books. Single-entry bookkeeping is meant for other kinds of businesses, such as sole traders.
The price depends mainly on how many documents you have each month, whether you are VAT-registered and whether we also run your payroll. Send us a few details through the quote form and we'll come back with a specific figure. There is no obligation.
Yes, arranging an audit is part of what we do. Audits are mainly required of larger companies that exceed the statutory thresholds, or of firms that want one for another reason. If you're not sure whether it applies to you, we'll check.
We agree on the month from which we take over and which records we need from your previous accountant. If you have doubts about the existing books, we can review them first.
Would you like to know what it would cost?
The price depends on the number of documents, your type of business and how much you want us to handle. Fill in a short request and we will prepare a no-obligation quote, or just give us a call.
